My design process is built up as follows:
- Preparatory phase: identifying the individual needs, gathering information, surveying the site, specifying what services are needed, what kind of other special help is needed to the Client
- Sketch design phase: preparation of concept plans, drawing up of outlines, presentation of ideas at the sketch level through 3D drawings. If necessary, more simple visual plans will help to develop the final layout plan from the sketches. In this phase, the dimensions, materials, furniture and elements to be incorporated are being finalised.
- Documentation of Design phase: the final layout plan is used to produce high-quality visual designs and design documentation, including cladding plans, electrical plans, scale wall views, which contain information essential to realize the project.
- Procurement of materials: participation in purchases, keeping contact with manufacturers, placing orders, arranging deliveries, final placement of furnishing articles.
